Electronic Time Recorder – Uniclox UT2000
TIME AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION
Accurate time tracking of
employee attendance and hours worked
Uniclox Technologies’® UT2000
electronic time recorder ensures
accurate time tracking of employee
attendance and hours worked.
Electronic time recorders provide
useful information and safeguards
for both employers and employees,
ensuring that employees are present
and working and that the payroll
accurately reflects both the pay
category and total accumulated
hours worked. The UT2000 electronic
time recorder offers essential
features that provide time and
attendance management solutions.
The UT2000 electronic time recorder
can assist the employer in
determining resource needs within a
department or even on a specific
project through the analysis of, for
example, number of employees in a
department, amount of overtime
hours and frequency of breaks.
Information gathered by electronic
time recorders can be applied in
the scheduling of work hours,
assessing employee performance,
monitoring productivity – both in
targeting unproductive employees
and identifying specific areas
within a company where process
improvements may be required.
Simple and robust in set-up
applications, the UT2000 data can
easily be captured to deliver reliable
performance that will reduce payroll
costs and ultimately increase the
company’s workforce profitability.
The power of electronics is used in
conjunction with the simplicity of a
conventional time clock.
Features
The UT2000 is a small and compact,
yet sophisticated, time recorder.
The recorder, on its large easy-to-read
LCD, displays either 1 to 12
am/pm or 0 to 23 hour times.
An option of monthly, weekly or
bi-weekly pay periods can be
selected. Each day of the
week can be programmed
independently within a week. The
printing level can easily be adjusted
by setting the programme. The
UT2000 is equipped with an alarm
bell/output connector.
Applications
By providing reliable information on current labour
hours, the UT2000 places an insightful tool into the hands
of management whilst conforming to the accepted
‘clock-in’ habits of the employee. This is a source
of valuable data that can be integrated into existing
management and decision-making systems. Time
reporting fraud is prevented which ensures
accurate pay for both regular and overtime hours. The
UT2000 monitors compliance with a maximum work
week and benefits requirements.
