Electronic Time Recorder – Uniclox ES900
ELECTRONIC TIME RECORDER, TIME STAMP
AND
NUMBERING MACHINE
Easy and quicker auditing of time cards to
ensure more accurate payrolls
Uniclox Technologies’® ES900
electronic time recorder ensures
accurate time tracking of employee
attendance and hours worked.
Electronic time recorders provide
useful information and safeguards
for both employers and employees,
ensuring that employees are present
and working and that the payroll
accurately reflects both the pay
category and total accumulated
hours worked.
The ES900 electronic
time recorder offers three essential office functions in one time recorder – electronic time recording, time stamping and numbering.
The ES900 electronic time recorder
can assist the employer in
determining resource needs within a
department or even on a specific
project through the analysis of, for
example, number of employees in a
department, amount of overtime
hours and frequency of breaks.
Information gathered by electronic
time recorders can be applied in
the scheduling of work hours,
assessing employee performance,
monitoring productivity – both in
targeting unproductive employees
and identifying specific areas
within a company where process
improvements may be required.
Simple and robust in set-up
applications, the ES900 data can
easily be captured to deliver reliable
performance that will reduce payroll
costs and ultimately increase the
company’s workforce profitability.
The power of electronics is used in
conjunction with the simplicity of a
conventional time clock.
Application
Features
The ES900 is a small and compact,
yet sophisticated, time recorder.
The recorder, on its large easy-to-read
LCD, displays either 1 to 12
am/pm or 0 to 23 hour times
and chooses minutes, tenths,
hundredths or twentieths. The
system operates on either preset
or custom comments and has
1 to 8 consecutive numbering. The
recorder can be wall-mounted or
desk-mounted, prints in seconds
and has a long-lasting snap-in
ribbon. The ES900 has a built-in
lithium battery for memory
retention.
Optional features include:
- a rechargeable battery for
punching during power outages;
- programmable clock to receive
correction pulses from a Master
Clock; and
- signal control through a
programmable internal signal
(tone) or an external signal can be
activated.
Applications
By providing reliable information on current labour
hours, the ES900 places an insightful tool into the hands
of management whilst conforming to the accepted
‘clock-in’ habits of the employee. This is a source
of valuable data that can be integrated into existing
management and decision-making systems. Time
reporting fraud is prevented which ensures
accurate pay for both regular and overtime hours. The
ES900 monitors compliance with a maximum work week
and benefits requirements.
