A: The following situations could result in verification failure:
(1) The fingerprint was rubbed down;
(2) There are crinkles on the finger which often varies;
(3) Serious desquamation on the finger.
If a user’s fingerprint is not able to be verified, please delete it and then enrol again, or use another finger for enrolment instead. Select an untarnished fingerprint (less crinkle, no desquamation, clear image) when enrolling the fingerprint, allow the finger to touch the sensor knob with a larger area. A comparative test should be done after enrolment, and it is suggested to enrol more fingerprints. The Fingerprint A11 supplies a 1:1 comparative method and password attendance function to check employees’ attendance.

A: The following situations could result in communication failure:
(1) Wrong COM setting, COM selected to connect is not the COM port actually used;
(2) Baud rate setting between computer COM and Fingerprint A11 differs;
(3) Fingerprint A11 is not connected to power or computer.
(4) Fingerprint A11 is already connected, but the power is off.
(5) Incorrectly connected Fingerprint A11 terminal.
(6) Data wire or converter cannot communicate.
(7) Faulty COM on computer.

A: There are two potential problems:
(1) The main board is faulty;
(2) Internal characteristic problem on LCD, contact the supplier and return the terminals to be repaired.

A: Fingerprint A11 and computer communication are available to use, enter into manage label page, click cancel administrator button, then eliminate it. After the connection halts, time and attendance menu mode occurs.
